Operator and acceptance

Effortless Smiles is operated by Olamide Olatayo Bello Corporation. These terms apply to the website, marketplace, bookings and mobile companion. By creating an account or placing a booking or order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not create an account or transact.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be an adult and provide accurate information. Keep credentials secure and report unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, misuse customer information, interfere with the platform, bypass role restrictions or use it unlawfully. Access may be restricted for misuse, subject to applicable rights.

Bookings and cosmetic services

Bookings are requests until confirmed. Service eligibility, suitability and timing require confirmation by the service provider. Cosmetic outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. Platform content does not replace professional dental advice. Follow the qualified provider’s instructions.

Marketplace, pricing and payments

Prices, currency, availability, pickup or delivery arrangements, taxes, fees and deposit requirements must be reviewed before checkout. Products may be unavailable. Payment confirmation depends on provider verification or authorized reconciliation of offline payments. A return page alone is not payment confirmation. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Review the studio’s displayed cancellation, deposit and fulfillment terms before confirming. Contact the studio promptly to cancel, request a refund or report an incorrect order. Refund eligibility depends on the disclosed transaction terms and applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Demos and mobile companion

Demos use sample data and allow only the selected role’s features. Changes are temporary; live payments and purchases are prohibited. The Android companion opens the web platform and requires internet access. Preview availability and features may change.

Ownership and permitted use

Third-party materials retain their respective owners’ rights. Personal use does not transfer ownership or authorize copying, resale or redistribution.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Responsibility for losses is determined by applicable law; nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first so we can investigate problems.
